- Training for all sectors of society, including individuals and governmental and service organizations. 
- Providing training consultations in all areas of training. 
- Cooperation with all sectors to provide specialized courses. 
- Partnerships with other centers concerned with training to improve the quality of training 
- Preparing, designing and implementing developmental training programs in all fields of knowledge with the aim of developing the skills of human cadres. 
- Training community leaders and senior officials. 
- Contributing effectively to the realization of the principle of social responsibility through continuing education courses for the community. 
- Supporting the training process with experts specialized in training by attracting the best trainers. 
- Providing full reports on measuring the impact of training on the community
